B90 YOGA

THE ORIGINAL HOT YOGA.

BUILD RESILIENCE, FIND PEACE.

For over 20 years, our studio has been a home for the original 90-minute 26 & 2 hot yoga practice. This is a traditional, challenging, and deeply effective method—taught with care by experienced teachers who live the practice themselves.

The room is hot. The work is real. And so are the benefits.

The Practice

The Original 90-Minute 26 & 2 Series:

Our classes follow the original 26 posture and 2 breathing exercise sequence, practiced in a heated and humid room. The consistent sequence allows you to track progress, build strength safely, and develop focus, patience, and resilience over time.

This practice is for every body. You work at your own pace, within your own limits, and grow stronger from where you are—not where you think you “should” be.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up.

Why the Heat?

Why Hot. Why Humid. Why It Works.

The heated room isn’t a gimmick—it’s part of the method. Heat helps warm muscles, improve circulation, and support mobility and recovery. It also creates a mental challenge that builds concentration, discipline, and confidence.

Yes, it’s uncomfortable at times.
Yes, you will sweat.
And yes—people keep coming back because it works.

Our Teachers & Community

Experienced Teachers. Dedicated Practitioners.

Our teachers and studio directors are long-time practitioners of this method. They understand the challenges of the practice because they’ve done the work themselves—over years, not weeks.

You’ll receive clear instruction, consistent guidance, and a supportive environment that respects both tradition and individual experience.

We’re proud to be part of this community and grateful to have shared this practice with generations of students.

We're Glad You're Here

This Practice Has Lasted for a Reason.

Trends come and go.This method has endured because it delivers real, measurable benefits—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If you’re looking for a practice that challenges you, grounds you, and supports long-term wellbeing, you’re in the right place.
